The Yorkshire Wolds is a unique region with a distinct rural heritage and the High Wolds Heritage Group has been set up to catalogue and archive existing materials, provide IT and technology and equipment for internet research and oral history and provide display screens, wall cases and publications to communicate and share this rich heritage with the wider public before it is lost.

Members of the trust gathered together in the lovely surroundings of the Wolds Heritage Centre, at the restored former church of St. James, Warter, East Riding of Yorkshire to discuss the future of the Trust now that grant funding of the project has come to an end.
